Feeling like fall!

Usually our last couple months of markets slow down, but August 23rd ended up being a pretty busy market! The weather felt like a beautiful fall day; a little breezy, but we couldn't have asked for a better day. Maybe it was the weather, the fact a few vendors had produce, the last weekend before school started, or it was the kids' craft of coloring a bookmark that made for a great turn out. No matter the reason we're grateful for our supportive community!

Kids got to color a bookmark for back to school the next week! After coloring the bookmark they could bring it to Night Owl to get a discount on a new book.
Joe Hadar was jamming in front of Night Owl. He's been at quite a few of our markets this year! Always fun to have live music of any kind during the market, adds some life to the morning.
We've continued to have a good amount of vendors! Maybe not as many as the beginning of the season, but enough to have a variety of products to offer and still occupy the plaza. We had produce, meat, baked goods, wax melts, honey, lavender, planters, knife sharpening, crocheted items, and more.
Our Vendors

Wow! Can you believe we only have 2 markets left? September 13th and 27th. The back half of the season always seems to fly by. Thank you to everyone who supports our little farmers market and makes it happen! Our sponsor for the week was Bank Iowa!
We'll see you next Saturday, September 13th
8am-12pm
Located: Parley Finch Plaza, 600 block Sumner Ave, Humboldt
Contact us: HumboldtFarmersMarket@gmail.com
Until then stay safe, be kind and we'll talk soon!
